I also and tired during the day but am wide awake at night that sucks.
So does anyone have any other issue making friends at school or work? Also I hope the stress doesn't get to me.
Oh and my girlfriend. She is one of my only friends. She is very good to me and we are happy even thought we argue sometimes. Both of us moved back in with our parents to go back to school. Does bipolar effect anyone's romantic relationships? I'm worried I'm going to mess it up.
Man starting as a freshman at 23 sucks. I am so far behind. I hope quitting my job wasn't a bad idea. If I drop out again I'm screwed

Are you taking a full-time course load? Have you taken steps to establish a routine with classes, studying, getting enough regular sleep, eating healthy food regularly, and taking care of personal business? Is your sleep issue because of poor sleep hygiene, not adjusting to different schedule, effects of medication? Just some questions to clarify what might be happening. Does your school have a counseling center? If you don't have your own counsel might be worth talking to someone. The school's disability resources office could be helpful as well, they may have some ideas or advice. Your school likely has different student organizations that you might want to check out and maybe get involved in 1 or 2. provides a way to meet people.
