Hasn't the state gotten involved if you haven't gone to school in 4 years? If your mom isn't helping you I am surprised a social worker hasn't been for a visit (although I am aware that that doesn't always help).

If your meds are prescribed from a doctor and you are advised to take them, going off them will not be beneficial to you.

I am sorry you are not getting the correct support that you need. I suffered sever depression in high school but was lucky enough to have people around to help me. Your life won't always be this way. Hang in there.
