my therapist' s office has a couch and a loveseat I usually sit on the loveseat and my therapist sits on the couch.the other room which my
therapist calls it the comfortable room has two chairs and a couch I sit in the chair facing her when she and I have a session involving doing an exercise in which I need to sit upright to do the exercise my therapist is teaching me so that I can do at home in between sessions







Diagnosis: Anxiety and depression
meds: Cymbalta 60 mgs at night
Vistaril 2 25 mgs daily for anxiety prn
50 mgs at night for insomnia
