LOL, it reminds me when I was younger and our Dad bought a big screen TV after the biggest one we had previously was only like 19". It looked sooooooooooooooooooo huge for the longest time...it was like watching TV on a wall, but nowadays, it just looks so normal...

The monitor does look nice...mines just a tiny old one, so if I upgraded to one like yours, I would be "blind" as well and need sunglasses
