The cool thing about kundalini and crystals and such is that they transcend religion. They are in all religions in one form or other so people from all walks can experience them together. But this may be crossing the line in the rules so I will stop talking about it. But I still think it is cool.

Part of the "things to have list" the author has in the book are things that we talk about here. She suggests having journals to write in and a comfort list. I should go back and print out all the comfort lists we have typed out over the past year. LOL. Also she suggests a safe place to practice and friends to lean on. I have the safe place (my desk in my room and my closet) and I have you. Anyway enough of this. I am just feeling giddy for the first time in weeks and wanted to share it.
