I journal all the time. I use an app called Diaro - so I can have my 'journal' with me all of the time, when I'm at home and have time I hand write them as well. I sometimes give them to T if I'm having a hard time verbalizing a situation. I also 'journal to her' daily as well so she can 'stay in my crazy brains loop'.
