I have a friend that I text all the time about literally everything, and that ends up being my journal. I'm so thankful for this friend as she puts up with a lot of crap from me. She's assured me a million times that it's okay that I text her so much

Anyway. Sometimes I'll actually write about our conversations for therapy, but most of the time I just read from my text messages if I need to bring something we talked about up in session.
