I have found my T's to be very consistent in their mood and I almost never notice variation in them that way. They only time I've noticed a difference with my current T was actually due to illness or physical pain. I've seen him while I knew he was in the midst of serious personal crisis like an ill parent, etc., and never saw a difference our sessions. But when his back goes out on him, I can see his physical pain in how he sits, etc.
