I'm sorry that therapy did not work for you. That could be down to several reasons. Giving all of the info to the therapist is essential so that he can give you the right coping strategies. Then there is the question of whether the therapy was the appropriate one for you. You could always consider trying another therapist doing CBT, which is very good.
