I never knew anyone who was turned off by the diagnosis, but I think people have a hard time understanding what behaviors are and aren't within your control, even if they know you have a mental illness. It's not something I would bring up on a first date. Once you find someone you like spending time with you can share. At some point you will be able to tell her and she will already know if she likes you or not and the diagnosis shouldn't really matter.
