Weird I came across this post. I still am...it lessened after medications. But I came to some realizations a few days ago that a lot of people have the same symptoms that I do. I learned to stop them and to tell myself what's the truth and what is not.
CBT helps, I've done that on my own. Google it. It changes your thought process...good habit.
I realized that everything has a name....and everyone has their own problems and thee are more common ones. We just have to learn how to cope. It can't happen over night, but with time, it gets better if you work on it and do all you are supposed to do to help yourself. Try new techniques!
