I feel your pain. I have so many responsibilities that it's unreal. I hate myself for it when it doesn't get done or if it's late and I know how to change it, but I keep procrastinating!!!
I get anxiety before a task when I know that I "should" proceed, but I still don't and it makes things worse on me.
It's a proven fact that if you can trick your brain into thinking things are due much sooner than what it actually is, that you will get it done quicker...like not knowing the deadline at all you would get to it.
Try making a to-do list and marking or off one by one. Maybe even prioritize the importance of each and start with number 1.
