I wouldn't say it "goes away", at least not completely, but the paranoia does get quieter. They change from deafening screams to annoying murmurs. I used to have a lot of paranoid thoughts-some admittedly strange-but I can now identify these thoughts when they come and they no longer have control over me. I can't really say when this will happen for you, as it is different for everyone. Perhaps taking a day to enjoy a calm, meditation could help you gain clarity.
