Hi Blacksheep79. I have Bipolar II as well as CPTSD with Psychotic Features. Any paranoia I have or psychosis - which is exactly like you described - is usually attributed to the CPTSD by the psychiatrist. However your post reminded me it's also from Bipolar II. I guess it comes from both but the treatments needs to suit it either way. I can't even go down from my high doses of Seroquel by 100mg and I get an escalation of the paranoia and psychosis. I can't say which meds you should take but this is my experience.
