I think is she is concerned it will be even harder to tell him later and also a more difficult loss if he bails. The point I guess which is optimal is where I know him well enough that he can trust me but not so well it seems I've kept secrets. It's hard enough to remember to take my meds when he's around at night. It would be much easier if I could just take them at the normal time every night.
