Yes, I'm a true believer that just about every human is bisexual in some way. Many don't know it until they are in a situation where they discover their true sexuality. I know my "sexuality" spectrum has been affected by my upbringing, social inputs at school, work environment, married life, etc. Even now when I say that I'm more gay than straight, I believe it's because so long as I'm in a monogamous heterosexual marriage, "straight" sex is just not that exciting. Perhaps its the fact that I can't/don't have gay sex that it is more exciting, enticing and arousing.
