ive tried some seriously wild stuff lately, for the first time too!... just eat mindfully, let urself sit in the taste and enjoy hahaha.... music and incenses help too... good luck! dont let the taste stop u, keep trying!

let's see... i went out for a walk early today... enjoying the scenery... my neighborhood is decent... early mornings have birds flying and chirping everywhere... really fun to listen to while just walking...
later today, ill be practicing yoga since i didnt get to go to the gym yesterday... ive been feeling pretty limber lately, finally, so it helps to have something to keep me that way...

My son just stopped by the kitchen on a failed mission-raid-fridge-before-dinner-without-mom-noticing. He was not impressed with the concoction either...oh well, maybe it still can be rescued if I add a little beef. Must be the magic ingredient missing.Sounds like you are doing well in the exersise department. Wow
