Yeah I had no idea this one was even in the pipeline most of the ones for negative symptoms I've seen act through binding the glycine regulatory site on NMDA. Therefore they would be add ons rather than APs but its nice to have a single drug that blocks +/- symptoms together. I have no idea how it works though....
