Thanks so much. I know mindfulness can/does help me. Provided I do it.
I shall check out those authors.
Prior to switching to this therapist I was told he was big into breathing and mindfulness.
Just what I needed. Had I been listening I would have switched to him in January.

Allow me to clarify. When I say "old", I am referring to anyone who did not grow up with a personal computer in their bedroom.
