It's always best to make your court dates. If you've done nothing wrong, there usually isn't much to worry about. If anything, you can use your autism diagnosis to manipulate your way out of any potential trouble. It's also a wise thing to have an emergency stash of funds in case you need a decent lawyer or bail money. Always have contingencies in place in case something goes wrong.
If you truly want to run though, unless you have at least a few grand saved up and a means to get out of your country, don't even bother. If you do have these things, then leaving the country and starting a new life may be an attractive option since your country likely isn't going to waste precious time and resources extraditing you over something small.
It's ultimately up to you and other members might give me a hard time for sharing this with you, but I think it's best to keep a neutral stance in regards to my advice. In the end, only you can make the best decision for yourself and ultimately, you are the only one responsible for your well-being and happiness.
