I go to therapy almost every week. I have been going to this T for a couple of years.
Progress? At this point, I don't know
My depression is not getting better. Many times I think it's getting worse.
The problem, I get to therapy and I can't talk. Thoughts race through my head but when I open my mouth nothing comes out. We end up resorting to yes/no questions and head shakes.
How can you be making progress if you can't even talk? Maybe it has stop working
