I don't think it's stopped as much as it hasn't begun fully.

Talk with T about the difficulty you have talking. Explore what that's about.

Mine is many fears: fear of sounding stupid, of T thinking things I want to talk about unimportant, of not being able to expand on something once I bring it out, of trusting her, etc.

Think out loud, is how one person put it to me. It doesn't even have to be connected to anything, just let your thoughts flow.

What do you think would be helpful for you?
