hahaha!... i try not to do that, it always feels so tempting... its like, oh why not just one snack... and very rarely, i allow it (something healthy though), but only once in a very
royal blue moon... more often, im drinking water; occasionally i chew gum... i notice food tastes a whole lot better now, since i sit down to savor everything, which really adds to the meal... and yeah, i dont think i could eat sauteed mushrooms alone, only if i add something like chicken, steak, or salmon, some sort of meat... the green beans though... that was amazing, and could definitely add it to anything...
i heard somewhere that the magic ingredient is "love"...

in other words, loving what ur cooking up... as ridiculous as that sounds, i think the effort, along with mentality, that i put into my recent meals has helped me enjoy them more...
i was always fit... but with a lot of the problems i have been facing this year, i would go on and off in my routines... right now, i just got back into the gym...
went to gym today, got home, went out for a brisk walk a few minutes after resting... got back, took a lukewarm-cold shower, now im feeling amazingly relaxed and ready to work on everything today... but being back in the gym, yes, it makes me feel like im doing well...
