There's no shame in feeling the way you do and there's no reason to feel bad for "complaining" about it! This is an open space

Learning to love yourself can take a lot of work and patience but you can do it!!! Start by changing your thought process! When I first began I would constantly repeat to myself "I am strong, successful, confident" etc. while I was going to sleep, taking a shower, or just waking up. And honestly a great help would be listening to music that made me feel empowered!
