Ok... So I was too scared to post this in the Psychiatrist Medication forum because it isn't exactly that. So I will just post this in my loving home, the Anxiety Forum!

Ok... So at the end of this month, I will be seeing my second psychiatrist. After seeing my first, which was a complete dud, I am going to see this lady. I chose her because she didn't look *out there* and looked pretty down to earth. Ok I am horrified to see her. My mother made the appointment, and I am freaking out now. What will it be like to see another different psychiatrist. The other one just asked me basically "what's wrong" and I told him about my anxiety issues, then he told me to try xyz diet.

Is it ok if I don't tell her everything? Is it ok if I don't tell her about my issues focusing right away? Also, what if she wants to talk to my mother and not me? What if she wants my mother to be in the room. The other guy didn't but this is different! This is a new person!

Also, I am going on a school trip soon! Like 4 days after I see this lady... What if I want to stop the medication, but the school won't let me?
