Attention issues can definitely be caused by anxiety. I would just be honest with the doctor. It will be okay, and if they want your mom to come into the appointment to ask her opinion that's not anything bad either, sometimes they want to speak to a family member because they may be able to tell more of what's going on that you can't see yourself.

Thank you! The school won't let me stop medication while in their control, because it's signed by my guardian to be given. Like they aren't doctors or pharmacists, so they don't know what could happen if I stop my "vital" medication.
