My main auditory hallucination is the footsteps behind me which probably occur several times a week. Visually, I always see the same panting black dog or at night I sleep with the light on in the hall because I always see a dark figure standing in my door. I also hear voices, particularly a male voice who tells me to do things but that's when I'm really bad off. So I feel very relieved to know I'm not the only one who has psychosis and can talk about it with someone.

I'm glad this helped you out. My pdoc mentioned today at my appointment what you said about anxiety. I can't imagine going through what you described. I was terrified just by the incident I had the other day. It's nice when you know you are not alone.
