Sometimes it feels like I'm just being chased by all of them and then I'm left to deal with what's left. Sounds like that is what you are going through.

Safety does need to be your priority. Can you communicate with this other part? If you can, that would be a good place to start. Then maybe being more direct with T so he knows right out what is going on.

It can be difficult to decipher what we are really thinking or trying to express with DID. A good DID T usually picks up on it.

I don't know how to stop the dangerous behavior with another that isn't communicating. YOUR presence will need to put safeguards in place, maybe leave notes for yourself as reminders.
