My pdoc had a cancellation today so I got to see him instead of waiting until Friday. I m on a very low dose of prn seroquel which he doubled and is all the time not prn. He had me taking 1/2 pill of Ativan 3 times a day instead of one pill at night to try to stabilize the agitation.

He didn't increase the paxil because he said that may increase my agitation but he said there have been some new studies out saying NAC which is N Acetyl Cysteine may help some with the depression and to also add omega 3 rich fish oil.

So I am going to start all this. If the serequil makes me feel sick I will tough it out for awhile to see if my body will adjust to it over some time.

He is going to call me on Friday to see how I am doing. Probably won't have to go IP.
