I did that too when I lost 80 pounds the first time. I lost well 75 pounds really. I gained it back on haldol about 55 pounds. but i lost another 30. I hope everything works out for you. I drink green drinks and smoothies. Also tea and sparkling water instead of cokes and stuff. Every now and then ill have a sprite from somewhere. But i heard its better than the darker sodas like Coke and Root beer to drink.
