Yes; I have anxiety headaches (as I refer to them). I use to have them more often and more severe before medication, which helped me a lot. I guess I'll tell you my experience before and after medication.

Before:

This would be moderate to severe pain. I couldn't concentrate with these ones, but I could still function better than migraines I think. My pain was usually a tension headache, so it happened in the front of my head (forehead), but occasionally one side of the head. These usually lasted 3 hours or so. Terrible. I never tried medication for these headaches because of fear that people in my life would be mad at me for them.

After:

These are mild to moderate pain. Not bad at all, just annoying. These are also tension headaches, equally in the front and one side. These probably last 1-2 hours, and headache medicine works for me. I know someone that medication doesn't work for them.
