Just back from the doctors... my blood pressure was fine & I'll be getting the results of my blood sugar / cholesterol tests next week.

I thought I would have been starving having had to wait an extra 2 hours for breakfast but I was fine really. I guess the extra 20lbs I put on whilst on risperidone has given me more reserves...

Also booked in for an asthma review next month. I'm supposed to get it once a year but I'd had no letter through so had forgotten but the nurse brought it up today. It's not really played up this year, I don't think I've had to use my inhaler once so it'll be interesting to see what the spirometry shows when I get that done.
