Let me rephrase...

The forum is exclusive to members showing a predetermined site/member support. It is private and viewed only by the members of that forum (i.e. contributions to articles/book, contributions to member drives, reaching 3,000 posts).

It does not exclude anyone from gaining access in that *any* member has the opportunity to gain access on some level, and at some point if it's their goal.

There are a couple of different applications for the word "exclusive".
