I'm sorry you are not feeling so good. But perhaps if you had the medication looked at it would help. Are you in therapy? It can give you really good skills for managing symptoms.

There is Nami the American Association for the mentally ill. You can Google, and contact them to find out what services they have in your area. They do run peer to peer support groups. Then there is the WRAP course which is an eight week two hour session course for people formulate their own wellness recovery action plan for keeping themselves well.
Certainly keeping the mind busy doing especially enjoyable things will take the focus away from depression. And setting small easily achievable goals will give confidence that things are coming under control. I hope and pray everything improves for you soon. Take care.
