childrens lit should be pretty cool. i had a course on fairy tales that traced them back over several centuries. the earlier versions were terrifying and have been toned down over time but much of the innuendo targeted at adults remains. sounds like yours is going to be relatively recent childrens lit though. hope you do some dr seuss!
