In fact, it seems to be the other 'smaller' symptoms/or are they merely trends - that makes me feel that I do have ADHD (was diagnosed as well). Such as: losing my own train of thought to the point of interrupting myself in a conversation; forgetting what i want to say the moment I want to say it; tuning in to background conversations/music when talking to others; very sensitive to my senses (although I feel that I've actually learnt to tune that out); not able to follow conversations; not able to follow social cues (I actually bought a book to read on emotions/feelings before I learnt to emphatise with others, or at the very least, realised that other people may see things different from I do); ranting; sometimes an inability to sit still; unable to read without speed reading and missing out chunks of texts (i think i barely read all the posts above); starting a million different projects and never completing them.
sometimes i am afraid it is ajust a self fulfilling prophecy as I go through ADHD symptoms and tick yes to 90% of them.
oh yes, sorry - i've actually forgotten what I wanted to say in the first place...
oh i remember now - go read the book Driven to Distraction. might help. not sure how. but it might.

Sorry this took so long to get back to.
I don't usually interrupt myself, but I do sometimes. I have been noticing that I interrupt people as soon as I have something I want to say and people get mad at me for doing so. I forget what I say the moment I can talk because I want to interrupt people as soon as I get the thought because I know what it is. I often don't listen to what my friends say, but people around me, especially music. I am mainly sensitive to temperatures, but. I can't follow social cues at all, but that may be a different reason. I am very fidgety and start a million projects and never finish them.
Cool. I'll go check it out.
I do have a lot of the mini things you said you noticed part of the AD/HD that I also do have or something quite similar. Anyways, thanks for the response
