I loved this film!! i think most people in the audiences of theaters seeing this film aren't in the mindset to appreciate the depiction of mental illness as some of us who have MI or know someone with MI would. great acting, i love the music, the beach boys were incredible back in their glory days, but not everything is glamorous, as brian wilson was displayed in this film. so, so good and insightful. its NOT always pretty in hollywood.
