That sounds really wonderful, and very thoughtful of your T.

My T does 50 minute sessions, and afaik usually starts on the hour (though every once in awhile he'll offer me something at quarter after). So, I assume he leaves himself 10 minutes between clients, but, it's clearly not enough... he's usually running a few minutes late, and often comes out after letting someone go to let me know he needs a few minutes.

I don't think he shorts me on time (I tend to not watch the clock), so I don't worry too much about it. But, it would be really nice to have someone that was usually running on time!
