My previous T always started like 1-2 minutes late, and ended on time (45 min), nor did i ever see any other clients. That was fine with me.

My new T usually starts about 10-15 minutes late, but runs usually a full hour or a little bit more, and does back to back clients. I didn't really like the 10-15 min late at first, but now it doesn't bother me, probably because it is a Saturday and I have nowhere to be.
