The thing that helped me the most was a supportve mental health team/therapist that led me in the right direction in which decision would be the best considering the diagnostic realties of having to make the best desisions wth a depressive disorder.A professional therapeutic team can help you tremendously at this time, as well as giving the guidence and encouragement you need to make the best and most appropriate decision for you life at this time with so many decisions needind to be made at the same time .
