I have seen three therapists in the past, most agreed it was trauma and anxiety but I've never been clinically assessed for PTSD. I had my first session with a new therapist and she wants to do a structured interview in the next session. What is it going to be like? I told her quite a bit about the anxiety and my childhood but just wanted to know what to expect when I go for my next session. She's a trauma therapist and she's the first therapist I opened up to so quickly so hopefully, she helps.

We deny so much that we can't recognize the truth right in front of our faces."
