Complaining about bosses is not usually that effective. Would it be possible to request a supervisor change for a positive reason i.e. New Manager could teach you how to do X and you think that would be great for the company because etc etc. I successfully got away from a bad boss using a similar method. In my case, I asked to work for my boss's boss.
