From my personal experience and understanding of addiction, you should quit smoking when you are used to the new antipsychotic. This will prevent the subconscious from thinking of an excuse in that way.

And remember, Tweaky was on 4 antipsychotics at the same time with 6 other meds and could stand for a whole 10 seconds!
