I have struggled with my weight immensely this past year. I have tried to blame it on my meds but in reality it's mostly from my compulsive overeating. I'm not sure why I've developed this issue, maybe because I have a lot of time on my hands and eat when I'm bored. Anyway, I'm starting a lifestyle change beginning now. I weigh 235lbs and am 5ft 3. My overall goal of course is to lose the extra weight but I want it to be an entire lifestyle change. I need to relearn how to eat. I need to learn how to make healthy choices and gain self control.
