I was diagnosed with cptsd. I am having troubles keeping up with my daily life as a student on my own. I find that I am never on time, always forgettig responsibilities, unable to get through brain fog to complete tasks lately. I am worried I will shut down. I don't think suggestions on how to stay organized will be useful. Are there resources for when a person shuts down? I am worried it will be a scary experience where I would lose everything. Is there something to help if I need treatment and cant make appointments because I'm too far gone?
