Recently I've been having daily panic attacks. I have no idea what triggers them. Yes I do have my triggers, but I haven't come on contact with any of them for over a month. A friend of mine said it might be the fact that school recently started again, but this year has been very good so far. I will just randomly be sitting in my room and next thing you know, I'm hyperventalating. Is this a panic disorder? And if it is, how do I prevent more panic attacks? They're exhausting.
