The best plan for me was lifestyle change
It takes a while for your body to get used to healthy food
To get used to a certain portion size
So just keep eating the same healthy foods, adding variety to it so uou won't get bored

When I used to eat junk, veggies were unappetizing
When I used to eat fruits and veggies, greasy junk foods made me sick
