Congrats on your motivation! I have had off & on motivation regarding my diet for the past few months.

I always try to eat a snack before bed, too. If I eat 150-200 calories of cereal or Greek yogurt with fruit and nuts, it will keep me from wanting to eat when/if I wake up at night.
