Take notes at home of anything strange going on, like these very-last-minute schedule changes. Write down the dates and times that this happens, keep a personal daily journal about all of these things, including how you're being treated at work. File a complaint to HR if things do not improve. I recommend keeping a private journal about all of these things so that you don't forget them and can look back on them as your own form of proof if you're ever asked specifically whats wrong by HR.
