I am sorry that you are having panic attacks. Breathing slowly and regularly into a paper bag has helped a lot of people. Also making yourself notice things in your environment distracts from the feeling and prevents the attack. Have you tried therapy for this? CBT therapy is very good and you can Google, one for your area. How about medication? Perhaps the Dr. could help with this. I hope and pray this does improve for you in the future.
